well heres the answer to gregs question #1, i have seen alot of deer nothing with horns yet. Bought a new wolf muzzeloader from wally world and i have hunted almost every day since saturday. shot at deer sat, sunday, yesterday and tonight. Well i thought i couldn't hit the broadside of the barn after i missed yesterday and today was a hell of a blow to the ego. 3 of the shots all seemed right, although all moving shots i was on them, oddly enough 3 of the shots were all in BIG trees in close proximity that i know were not in line of fire. i have shot alot of moving deer with my .32 and know how its done. after tonight i figured id get the bullet out and clean it till late muzzeloader. I picked a good bright piece of moss on a tree about 40-50 yards away, put my sack on the hood of my truck as a rest, steadied myself took aim and squeezed the trigger. to my amazement a chunk of bark flew off a foot left and low. guess i should have checked it after i missed the first one. i did sight it in to within 5 inches at 50 yards when i bought it. my friend also advised me when i got it that he had an issue once with the tru-glo sights on his gun (same one). Guess im going to have my first gun with a scope, i dont really care for them.

hey Greenfield, I have an aim point deal that would be perfect for your muzzleloader. I took it off a shotgun used for hunting with slugs. I have a client trip today but I will post some pix this afternoon. It's not really a scope but more like a tru glow set in a plastic/acrylic head similar to a scope but without the magnification.
