I wasn't sure where to post my introduction, so I decided to do it here. Mods please move if necessary. I'm an active member of adkforum who just wants to talk trout ponds with more people. I also recreated my account to get back in touch with an old friend. Here I am. This season has seen a slow start for me, but last year was fantastic. I mainly troll streamers from my Hornbeck. Looking forward to sharing info. with new and familiar fisherman.

Welcome! Love the ponds, too, but learned to fish them out West using float-tubes.

This is from one of our new members, adk4672:
56 going on 25 been fishing out of 10ft hornbeck last 15yrs. Fish northwest adaks (five ponds wilderness and some eastern) remote ponds are the best. spent 4 days in woods mem wkend, just something had to do. did get one 17" brookie on leech pattern had tied myself. Started tying stillwater patterns last winter. follow Brian Chan, Phil Rowley, and Denny Ricards technigues and patterns.(trying to do something besides trolling) Phil Rowely's waste troll leech seems to work well.
Welcome to the site!
